Harvest Table NJ

Harvest Table New Jersey is a preimer catering and luncheon serviced located in Newark, NJ. They offer healthy solutions to hungry problems. My task was to create a series of print collateral, branding materal, and a new web design. Above is a sample of the work in progress. Check out the old website here.

Woodward Skateparks


Summary:

Woodward Skateparks owned by Spahacapital was a multi-part project requiring me to wear many different hats. The skateboard park conglomerate needed a new website, a better web presence, and branding material to match.

Tools Used:

Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Pen + Paper, Google Analytics, Tumblr

Results:

The concept website gave Woodward the push it needed to start proper information architecture that would drive in new clients, bring up sales. In order to boost their web presence while the website is being designed, I set them up with a collective tumblr account where each of the different skateparks could contribute content allowing for fresh ideas and more community interactions. Poster design as well as summer camp sign up kits were also part of the design process.

BRGuest Restaurant Poster


Summary:

BRGuest Restaurants commissioned me to create a corporate poster to be used at their meetings that displayed their current franchise locations as well as ones to be opened in the future. The poster also had to feature descriptions for each of the restaurants. The challenge of the poster was to create a visually even poster with an uneven number of restaurants.

The Game Critique


Summary:

The task was to create a logo and branding material for the Game Critic Eric Swain. The process included not only designing the logo for Eric Swain’s website, but also coming up with the title of the site itself: The Game Critique. You can go ahead and see the final website here.

Results:

The Game Critique by Eric Swain is now one of the most popular websites for in-depth discussions about video games. His brand is readily recognizable by others in the gaming sphere which helps extend his own influence throughout the community.

Get Fresh Program


Summary:

Harvest Table NJ wanted print collateral made to bring in customers for their new Get Fresh Program, a healthy lunch program that allows people to pick their meals on a daily basis and have it delivered to them fresh at work.

Results:

The Get Fresh Program postcard was made available both as a printed handout as well as a downloadable .PDF coupon that visitors could download or email to their friends.

Logic Jets


Summary:

The task was to create a logo and branding material for a Luxury Jet company admist an economic crisis in America. The logo had to be both hip and sophisticated to target a younger group of wealthy investors and individuals who had made it big during the web startup movement.

Whole World Botanicals


Summary:

Another multi-part project. Whole World Botanicals had an established offline brand and they wanted to take it into the digital world. They needed a web presence, local search engine optimization as well as national seo, print collateral, and website maintenance.

Adobe Photoshop, Wordpress, Adobe Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Google Analytics,

Results:

A ten-fold increase in the number of visitors to their website and shopping cart. A complete redesign of their shopping cart landing pages which lead to better conversion rates. Social media marketing helped bring trust and loyalty to Whole World Botanicals.

The Primehouse


Summary:

The launching of the new Primehouse Steakhouse by BRGuest restaurants called for new promotional material. A series of postcards were made feature their Angus Bull (the flagship meat type) as a character in different backdrops. One was a Santa bull, the second was the bull in New York City, and the last was the bull featured in his own pasture.

Singapore Specialists


Summary:

The task at hand was to create a new logo for the Singapore Specialists Group, the official board of tourism for the country of Singapore. The group wanted something “new”, “fresh”, but still traditional. The final logo features a modern sans-serif font as well as the traditional flower as the backdrop for the final logo.

The Dish


Summary:

BRGuest restaurants sends out a monthly newsletter, I was in charge of creating a visually appealing one that differed from their standard, plain original one. The second part of this project was creating the digital newsletter in a format that could be printed and used as a real newsletter. Go ahead and download it here.

BRGuest Magnets


Summary:

One of the final projects for BRGuest’s branding material was creating a series of magnets for each of their flagship franchise restaurants. It required going to each of the restaurants to get a feel for their clientele to design the magnets accordingly.
